Infrared Sauna

Infrared heat warms the human body to a depth of approximately 4 cm. This stimulates sweating (in an infrared sauna you sweat several times more than in a traditional sauna), and together with perspiration unwanted substances are eliminated from the body. Infrared radiation improves blood circulation to the limbs and skin and may support people with mobility issues or other conditions by naturally stimulating metabolism and lymphatic drainage. The whole body feels refreshed and revitalized. You may experience increased energy, reduced fatigue and stress, and improved mental wellbeing.

You can enjoy the sauna regularly. The duration of the procedure depends on your personal comfort. Usually, a session between 20 and 40 minutes at a temperature of 50–60°C is recommended.

May support the healing process of minor wounds and help reduce the appearance of scars.

Infrared radiation may also support the immune system and is often used as part of recovery and rehabilitation programs.

Potential benefits for people with asthma, allergies, cardiovascular conditions and blood pressure issues. Infrared saunas may also be suitable for people who cannot tolerate traditional saunas due to the lower operating temperature.

May help support conditions such as rheumatism, arthritis, acne, eczema, insomnia, ear conditions and throat discomfort.

Improves circulation, which is an important factor for healthy looking skin. The deep warming of tissues may also support body contouring programs and cellulite reduction procedures.

Helps make the skin softer and more elastic.

Deeply cleanses the skin by removing impurities and dead skin cells.

The sauna is equipped with color-changing light therapy. Each color creates a different sensation and can be chosen according to personal preference and current mood. For example, green is calming, red is energizing, blue creates a cooling and relaxing sensation.

The ionizer electrically charges air molecules and makes the air similar to that found in mountain environments. Negative ions attract micro-particles and may help reduce airborne pollutants. The higher the concentration of negative ions, the cleaner the air environment may feel.

Importnat: Infared sauna sessions are not recommended for people with acute infections, fever, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular conditions without medical consultation.
